Property Management Services

Administration

On a day-to-day basis, our Management team will handle the general administration and running of your property.

Our offices are equipped with modern computers specialized Property Management software for accounting and reservation services.

Our administrative staff are available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday. During peak periods, these office hours may be extended to meet demand. Our emergency telephone numbers are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

All utilities etc. will be addressed by our office and reviewed monthly, except for those owners who deal with their own utilities.

Swimming Pool/Spa & Deck Care (As Applicable)

Your pool will be checked weekly for chemicals, vacuuming and brushing.

In addition to maintaining your pool, our service includes washing down of your deck and patio furniture as needed.

During the hotter months and during the week pools are heated, we often find ourselves topping up water levels on secondary visits.

Pest Control

The Pest Control Service will be implemented immediately upon the time we take control of your home and walk-through. The initial services will include the spraying and laying of insecticides internally and externally. This process will help rid the home of any insects. Pest Control is carried out monthly and charged accordingly. A free call-out services is included should any problems arise outside normal monthly service.

Housekeeping

Our staff offers the highest standard of cleaning service for your property. Your property will be inspected and made ready for the incoming guests. Any damages or items missing from the inventory will be reported to our office immediately upon departure. Should any damages be found, the relevant documentation will be made from the renters security deposit.

Guest Services

We take care of the guests while they are here, explain use of appliances and assistance in all maters concerning the guests needs.
